1.Demand Analysis: By consulting the recruitment requirements for specific position to client company is to understand what characteristics, background, and capability of candidate is needed; Meanwhile, we will realize the enterprise culture, management system situation, work environment so as to secure the employee working stability.

2.Market Analysis: Be aware that to analyze HR local market, positively and promptly communicate with clients aims to meet efficient match and mutual satisfaction.  

3.Investigation Proposal: consist of mission description, investigation objects, channels, plan, budget, payment and other relevant advice.

4.To sign agreement: To sign an agreement is to further define mutual responsibility, entitled rights and liabilities, and commission fee.

5.
